At the heart of my mission is the belief that we have a responsibility to uplift our community through empathy and compassion. Inspired by a fifth-grade lesson on food insecurity, I founded Bank on Bellies (BOB)—because I bank on the belief that nourishing people is one of the most powerful investments we can make. Just as a bank grows wealth, I believe that investing in full bellies yields returns in the form of health, resilience, and stability. Nourishment fuels both body and mind, supporting physical and mental well-being, preventing illness, and strengthening communities. It’s the foundation for breaking cycles of hardship rooted in hunger and poor nutrition. What began as a goal to collect 2,000 food items expanded beyond expectations, raising over 22,502 items and $35,191. With a vision to raise $50,000 and 50,000 nutritious food items, I’m driven by the belief that kindness isn’t just an act—it’s a catalyst for lasting change. Together, we can create a future where no one has to wonder where their next meal will come from, because #KINDNESSFEEDSBELLIES

As a first year Health Science student at Queen’s University, I’m passionate about driving positive social change through leadership and innovation. At 11, I founded Bank on Bellies, a food drive initiative that ignited my commitment to community-driven solutions for food insecurity. Currently, I’m honing my skills as a member of The Knowledge Society (TKS), where I work alongside global innovators to tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Through this platform, I aim to connect, inspire, and collaborate with like-minded individuals who share a vision for a better, more compassionate world.
